The Escape Room, as a real-life setting for utilizing cross-disciplinary skills to achieve a goal (escaping from a locked room after solving a series of puzzles), can help students understand fundamental dynamics in everyday life (such as time management and the ability to analyze and understand contexts). Completing the experience is a debate component aimed at developing key skills (as stated in the Educational Objectives).
Students and teachers.
The class group is divided into two groups.
The first group enters the Room, specially set up for the occasion, and attempts to escape from it within 60 minutes by solving puzzles and working together as a team. A Game Master (who oversees the game from a remote location, through a closed-circuit camera system) guides the players, providing hints if necessary to solve the puzzles within the allotted time frame.
The second group remains in the facility and, along with a speaker, addresses the theme chosen by the teachers through debate, role play, or team-building games.
The two groups are then swapped, so that the entire class group can experience both the Room and the debate.
The rooms and debates have been designed around the following themes:
The headquarters are located at 100 A Platani Street, fifty meters from the MIRTI Metro C station.
The facility is accessible to people with reduced mobility, with equipped and dedicated restrooms.
For access to the rooms, it is necessary, at the time of booking, to highlight the presence of students with special needs (reduced mobility or physical and sensory disabilities) in order to best plan the experience.

The project ‘Keys to Our Future’ aims to help students challenge themselves with logic-mathematical puzzles and general culture in an engaging and playful context. It also aims to encourage participants to reflect, through interactive lectures, on important themes chosen by teachers from among those proposed.
The Escape room is a game based on the use of lateral thinking, teamwork, and effective communication. These are important soft skills for the harmonious development of individuals in various contexts (such as school and work). By making students protagonists of the game and debate, the project aims to pave the way towards understanding or deepening key skills, especially those related to the use of foreign languages, civic and group spirit, and initiative.
