Introducing into the game rooms any equipment suitable for photography or filming will result in the immediate suspension of the gaming session, and the full fee will be due in any case.

In case of panic or for any reason, it is possible to exit immediately. However, individuals suffering from claustrophobia are required to inform the staff before starting the game. Throughout the entire gaming session, you will be constantly monitored via a video surveillance system so that the staff can intervene if necessary.

No. It is forbidden to bring into the rooms any personal items that may assist in the game (flashlights, tools, etc…).

No. Players are kindly requested to play responsibly to avoid causing damage to the sets and objects. The solution to the puzzles in the game never involves the use of physical force. We reserve the right to seek compensation for damages caused by incorrect, improper, or irresponsible use of the sets.
